Peach Ambien Pill

I have been taken ambien 10mg by teva for years and it worked for years. Now Walgreens has this oblong peach pill that is crap it is not ambien I don't care what they say. I took it 2 night got a migraine within 15 minutes of taking and was up all night by night 3 was in the ER I don't know who is making that crappy peach/pink pill and what little filler is in it but it's CRAP!!!!!!!!

Where was this obtained? ## My Ambien (zolpidem tartrate) 5 mg. is reddish, with a logo on one side and 5 mg on the other side. Made or sold by Torrent Pharmacy. Works OK but lasts about 3 hours. Been on it 2 years; no side effects. I am 88.

I have been on Ambien since 1995, I've never seen a pill with 5 dots on the back of it; and no numbers; has the same NDC on it as my bottle from last month. They don't work. ## Hi Donna, Just out of curiosity, where did you get your prescription filled at? To my understanding, the FDA requires all prescription medications by law to have some sort of marking/logo or numerical imprint on the tablet to identify it by substance, manufacturer, and dosage. Without this information it could literally be anything. I suppose the 5 dots are considered to be a marking, but there's really no way to search for 'dots' in pill descriptions. If you don't mind posting the NDC I can try looking it up for more specific details on that pill. Does anyone recognize these?

I was wondering why some one would continually take this medication during the day. Do you know. What's it do if you continually take it during the day 2-3 pills a day? I'm concerned for a friend. The bottle says that they are a generic form of Ambian ## I just ID'd this in another discussion thread - it is a 10 mg Zolpidem (generic for Ambien), manufactured by Torrent Pharmaceuticals. I've been taking ambien generics; the white and the peach oval. They have no effects on me. Until about two months ago cvs was carrying Teva MZ2. It was the only one that worked for me like a charm. My doctor gave ambien c.r they don't work at all the Teva purple one southeast the ambien c.r..I asked why cvs stopped carrying those they said it s the pharmaceutical stop sending to cvs. I was frustrated because I'm tired of changing medicine.
