Hello l did brisk walk n jogging so suddenly have knee pain since 20 days l m 33 n taking medicines pat 4 ,thiolax,rabrcid but still have pain I dont know what should do i . I am 56yr one year back my left foot become stiff pain when lift leg to sit in car. Dr. told me to scan.The result for the scan is,1. Early changes degeneration. Mild synovial effusion, more so along femoral condyles. 3. Mild bulky Acl with T2 STIR hyperintense area -S/O ganglion degeneration/partial tear. 4. Grade II tear in posterior horn of medial meniscus. 5. Partial tear in medial collateral ligament in superior part. Before i take pain killers. Since 1yr i am not on any medicine. Now I check with DR. again he told me to take JOINTACE tab twice daily for 2weeks, SITAVIT D3 one tab weekly for 8weeks, Rootcal tab one daily for a month. For acidity Gasotop. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and diarrhea. What drug is used. Taking this Nusam 200 any posiblility of Thyroid ? here was no Thyrod before that i am very healthy. ## My age is 65 years. I am a diabetic patient since last 17 years and taking tablets. Since 14 years I am taking eltroxine tablets for Thyroid deficiency . Since 15 days I am suffering from pain near knee joint. Friends, I am 29 years old. 1 year back I was taking AKT-4 for 2 months i had pain in my joints. Doctor says, you wil feel the pain for 3 months and it will leave you. But, i dont want to take a chance with them. I went to Government hospital and took free medicines in India for 4 months.. that medicine works awesome... i dint feel any sideeffects and i was completely alright in 4 months. I am a Canadian resident in Costa Rica since 1984. I have a lot of med. problems. No thyroid (papillary carsinoma), ACFA patient, high blood pressure, sick sinus of the heart syndrome, pacemaker, 2 heart valves need replacement, abdominal hernia, needs surgery. foot bunions and distorted feet waiting surgery many years, shortness of breath, electrical pain from osteo arthritis in all joints, and pelvis, impinchment of pelvis, worn out bone surfaces at joints, using a lot of meds for above conditions. Using acetaminophen with codeine, 4 tablets in 24 hours, to cover the pain. Less won't work. I am 32 yrs, I had knee pain and ortho doctor suggested me Glucosamine + Diacerein Tablets for a month - Am I a patient of arthritis ? I am too young, How long should I continue the medicine ? ## Have you asked your doctor about what they think is causing the problem and how long you should take the medication? They are the only ones that will really be able to advise you on this. Athritis, however, is possible at any age, there are people even younger than you that suffer from it. The Glucosamine is a substance that naturally occurs in your joints, so supplementing it may help.
