Hello l did brisk walk n jogging so suddenly have knee pain since 20 days l m 33 n taking medicines pat 4 ,thiolax,rabrcid but still have pain I dont know what should do i . I have also back ache can u plz guide me for any exercise. ## I am 56yrs. having OA in both knee with pain and swelling at knee joint and havinh pain killer medicines. can you advise (PT) EXERCISES FOR RELIEF PLEASE.

I am a Canadian resident in Costa Rica since 1984. I have a lot of med. problems. No thyroid (papillary carsinoma), ACFA patient, high blood pressure, sick sinus of the heart syndrome, pacemaker, 2 heart valves need replacement, abdominal hernia, needs surgery. foot bunions and distorted feet waiting surgery many years, shortness of breath, electrical pain from osteo arthritis in all joints, and pelvis, impinchment of pelvis, worn out bone surfaces at joints, using a lot of meds for above conditions. They are the only ones that will really be able to advise you on this. Athritis, however, is possible at any age, there are people even younger than you that suffer from it. this drug osteocerine is a product of Novartis pharmaceuticals it is prescribed for a patient suffering from severe osteoarthritis i would like to ask about the active ingredient ## what is the active ingredient and the effect of osteocerine tablets ## Osteocerin contains the active ingredients Glucosamine, Methylsufonylmethane and Diacerein. I was experiencing swelling on my joints & its extreme pain & sometimes my gums also swell. Does polynerve 500 help get rid out of this illness? If yes, how many tablets a day & how long should I take it? Tnx.
