What are the side effects of imol tablets. After taking Imol tablet i had sweating on my face and became very pale...I am having high blood pressure is it because of that. ## imol tablets contain the active ingredients: ibuprofen + acetaminophen. The side effects you're experiencing (such as pale skin and flu-like symptoms) are categorized as severe effects and do appear to be mostly related to ibuprofen. You can view a list of side effects for each of these ingredients by following the two links below: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0000598/#a682159-sideEffects ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0000521/#a681004-sideEffects I would strongly suggest asking your doctor about switching medications if the side effects seem to persist. Paracetamol is Acetaminophen, which is the active ingredient in Tylenol and it can be very hard on the liver, so it is very dangerous to mix it with alcohol. In addition, alcohol can enhance any possible side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation and headache.
