Give details on aceclofenac and paracetamol ## Aceclofenac and Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications. Due to the risk of stomach ulcers and bleeding, these combined formulations are not available in the US. They are both used to treat pain and swelling.
