KINLY LET ME KNOW WHETHER THE MEDCINES ARE AS PER REQUIREMENT AND HOW I GET RELIEF FROM PAIN AS I HAVE A SEVEAR PAIN IN EAR. ANY ADDITIONAL MEDCINES REQUIRED ?

It may be an over the counter item. ## It was sent to me as Pantaprozole 20mg. But, no place can I find Pantaprozole described as the drug I received.
