These prescribed medicines are causing heartburn, palpitations and dizziness to my father who is 64yrs old, suffering from 90% blockage at mid LAD, 60% at RCA. Pan40 was not prescribed but is included. Is that the reason? ## All medications carry the risk of causing side effects, and the symptoms you've listed can be normal for taking heart medications, blood pressure medications, and blood thinners. Other side effects, as reported by the NIH, may include nausea, increased urination, easy bruising, and low blood pressure. However, it would be far more dangerous to let his heart condition remain untreated, because that could cause a fatal heart attack, or stroke. It is best to follow his doctor's advice on this matter. Is there anything else I can help with? ...
