Can anyone help me with the names of drs who are pain mngmnt. I've had a back surgery, titanium cage with 4 screws and below there I have a herniated disk pressing on my spinal cord. I get so angry at these people I hear asking for narcotics just to use recreationally. We are the ones suffering due to them. I'm so mad. ## Hello, Carrie! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain. Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly? If so, having them refer you to someone might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need. Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area? The FDA lists narcotics as possibly being habit forming and causing side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth. ## I really appreciate your kind words a... ...

i was blessed to find the st anthony's START program in okc 3 yrs ago & it literally changed my life; i've done a 180 degree turn in my life in just about every way. i went into rehab needing desperately to get off oxycontin, which i'd been on along with most other Rx pain medications since a neck injury that temporarily put me in a wheel chair in '05. i had come to believe all the oxy in the world would not allow me to function normally with any tolerable level of pain. i didn't know a thing about suboxone until that time, upon going into the START program where i found the most incredible physician, dr charles shaw. with his referral i was able to get into an okc pain mgmt office where i've been a patient since feb, '12, soon to be 3 yrs. however, thank... ...

I am needing a pain mngmnt Dr in okc that will prescribe me my fentaynal .75 patch every 48 hours and norco 10 mg, 4 times a day. I just don't know who to go to without Dr shoping. Was seeing Dr jenkins when someone I know stole my check, when I called the police to make the report, she called Dr Jenkins office and told them I was selling my medication. I had to stop physical therapy, and all I am doing is turning to mush. I need help, and so help me no one will ever know the name of my Dr. ## Hello Carrie! How are you? Unfortunately, if your prior doctor dismissed you, that is going to be noted in your medical records and any new doctor is going to require a copy of them, before they agree to treat you. According to the FDA, these medications carry the risk of being habit forming a... ...

I need a pain managememt clinic in okc that i could go to that perscribes medication instead of shots ## Hello, Terry! How are you? Sorry about the pain that you're in. However, there is no database that I can refer to for you that lists doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe or treat with. Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly? If so, that would most likely be the fastest and easiest way to find the help you need. ## If you have a way to message me I can give you a dr name in okc ## Hi I am also looking for an okc dr. I would be sooo thankful if you know of one. I have been traveling to and from Texas every month and the drive makes my back injury excruciating and I end up in bed for 2-3 days to recoop. thanks ! {edited for privacy} ## hi, im also lo... ...

I'm looking for pain doc that will give me what my old doc did which was 30mg oxycodone (5 daily), 2mg xanax (4 daily), 10/325mg norco (6 daily). I live in okc, plz anything will help. ## Hello, Stella! How are you? I'm sorry, but there is no listing of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you. Additionally, due to the new regulations that were put in place this year, you'll most likely need to see 2 different specialists for such medications, one for the pain and the other for the issue requiring Xanax. Why are you no longer seeing your old doctor? ## Tulsa or Muskogee pain management drs...I've had Two neck surgeries among other health issues and moving back home. I take klonopin 3/dy, hydrocodone 10/300 @ 4/day v& soma ... ...
