I stopped taking my plastics and started using horse chestnut 300 milligram my doctor advised me that I could take them both together but after reading the advice on WebMD um I don't think I should be taking them together I have high cholesterol to stance one of my heart in one of my leg and I just need some help should I take them together ## Hello, Lu! How are you? Are you aware that the horse chestnut isn't actually proven to work? It would have been better to stay on the Plavix and not take it. And since the horse chestnut is a supplement, it hasn't been tested for interactions with prescription medications, so your doctor likely knows more on that. Are you on any other medications?

Am 78 and had 2 stents put in 6-1/2 years ago. Taking Plavix 75 mg and aspirin 81 mg. Gradually have seen darkening of skin on the ankles. /seems micro hemorrhaging under the skin. Does any one know if the could be a side effect of taking these drug? ## Yes, it certainly could be due to blood thinning that these medications are causing, according to NIH reports, they can also cause easy bruising as a side effect. Why are you taking both, since they essentially do that same thing, though? Are you on any other medications? Did your doctor instruct you to take both?

Color: peach, shape: hexagon, number: 75, letter: M ## Hi thizzles, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a pink, hexagon tablet imprinted with "W" on one side and "75" on the other. Is it possible that you may have simply mistaken the W for an M? I hope this helps!

I've been on 50 mg for a while and haven't been doing as good as I once was- my dr wants me to go to 100 mg but now that they finally make a 25 mg pill. Do you think 75 mg would be good? I'd prefer to be on as small of a dose as I can- lemme know guys or girls if anyone bumped to 75mg with success or 100 mg too when 50 mg wasn't working as good. Thanks and all comments would help out a lot! ## Hello, Chris! How are you? If your doctor agrees, there is no reason to go to the 100mgs, trying 75mgs is perfectly fine and will leave you somewhere to go, if you become tolerant to that dosage.
