I've been looking for my oxymorphone 20 milligram activist and just found out from the pharmacist that there was no way they will be able to fill my prescription with the activist brand in the 20 milligram ER's the pharmacist said that there was a problem with the makeup and the amount of medicine in each tablet and was not allowed to feel any more prescriptions with the actavis brand only Global what is the problem does anybody know ## Wow that sucks because those were 10x's stronger than the ones from Global pharmaceutical that's probably why they pulled them. Had my Dr change my ER med to Oxymorphone. Went to Walgreens and they told me NO generic. Talked to the other Pharmacist, he looked it up and BAM, they had them from actavis!! Saved me 80.00!!!! So, the Pharmacist dont even know they have them ## I'm glad you were able to find it and save so much money! But you do have to go a little easy on the pharmacist that wasn't aware, especially at a large store like Walgreens. He has a lot of duties and may not always be able to keep up with all the new drug release information. You can reach them for more information on it at 866-824-4747. Can you post back and let us know if you get any help? ## Impax just started senting out their generic Opana ER called oxymorophone. If you have insurance it will ran about $7.00 or what ever you plan is for. I was paying $50.00 and I will get it for $7.00. Its for 7.5 er-40mg ER's. They aren't available everywhere yet. I was on opana 40ers switched to generic, new pills have half moon on one side and 230 on the other, tan is this pill same as other , two hours after taking need breakthrough meds. ## Hello, Chad! Opana costs too much for the same thing that Oxymorphone does. Opana is about $500+/-, while Oxymorphone is $47. ## opana and oxymorphone are the same thing, and you can get high off it. They are avaliable in 10's ir and 20's & 50's in er. ## Opana works for me. I just picked up 130 pills for $1,000 and some change. I have been on the generic oxymorhpone for years and never had a problem getting it where I am from. However now that I am in New York City pharmacies say that they are unable to order it. It's always hard to tell if they legitimately cannot order it or they just don't want to deal with another pain patient. Can anyone recommend pharmacies to me? I get a bit confused. I was taking Norco 7.5/325 every 8 hours and now taking Oxymorphone HCL ER 15mg every 12 hours. Should I take them at like 8 am & 8 pm and then the same the next day? To keep it on even times? I am on oxymorphone er 15mg 3x a day, along with 30mg oxycodone break through 4x a day.....I live in nashville, I have no insurance, but with anyone with my problem with finding a pharmacy who carries the 15mg "moons" and not expensive. I got the place for u, I was paying $412 for 90 oxymorphone 15mg and $125 for 120 30mg oxycodone. I now pay $177 for 90 15mg oxymorphone and $55 for 120 30mg oxycodone and like I said, I have no insurance. And they carry the moons. Just switched over from oxy 30mg instant release 6x daily to oxycontin 60mg with 2 30mg IR for breakthrough. Been on this for a long time. I find that I'm very disappointed with the oxycontin 60 it seems to only last 5 hours at the most and I have many breakthrough pains during that period of time. I've heard of oxymorphone ER and want to know if this would be better for me due to opioid tolerance. If anybody can give me opinions on this please do. I have been taking oxymorphone er 2 tabs a day, 10mg each. I have 26 vicodin 7.5/325 per month for breakthrough. It's not enough. Both knees and lower back hurt. I am probably just being paranoid, but I'm prescribed "Oxymorphone HCL ER 10 Mg tablets", (and that's the exact label law on my bottles) take 1 every 12 hrs. Today, instead of my normal small orange pill with G72 printed on it, and manufactured by Global pharm...I received a larger, white pill, imprinted with 54 814, manufactured by Roxane/West-War. But the question lies in the label...it's labeled as "Oxymorphone HCL 10 mg tablet".
