can i order these off line?if so what web site do i go to? ## Hello, Heather! How are you? No, you cannot, since this is a controlled substance, which requires a doctor's prescription. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I've been looking for my oxymorphone 20 milligram activist and just found out from the pharmacist that there was no way they will be able to fill my prescription with the activist brand in the 20 milligram ER's the pharmacist said that there was a problem with the makeup and the amount of medicine in each tablet and was not allowed to feel any more prescriptions with the actavis brand only Global what is the problem does anybody know ## Wow that sucks because those were 10x's stronger than the ones from Global pharmaceutical that's probably why they pulled them. I go to pick up my RX Monday n was gonna try n get them. They gave me Global last month and they sucked. But the 2 months prior to that I got the A'S n boy what a difference someone f***ed it up by running th...

Had my Dr change my ER med to Oxymorphone. Went to Walgreens and they told me NO generic. Talked to the other Pharmacist, he looked it up and BAM, they had them from actavis!! Saved me 80.00!!!! So, the Pharmacist dont even know they have them ## I'm glad you were able to find it and save so much money! But you do have to go a little easy on the pharmacist that wasn't aware, especially at a large store like Walgreens. He has a lot of duties and may not always be able to keep up with all the new drug release information. There are more important things he has to give priority to, such as keeping up on new drug side effects, interactions and warnings. Ordering the stock and etc. It can be a pretty hectic job. we are low income in need of coupon or other help with RX! ## The manufacturer, Endo Pharmaceuticals does have an assistance program for Opana for low-income patients without insurance. You can reach them for more information on it at 866-824-4747. Can you post back and let us know if you get any help? ## Impax just started senting out their generic Opana ER called oxymorophone. If you have insurance it will ran about $7.00 or what ever you plan is for. I was paying $50.00 and I will get it for $7.00. Its for 7.5 er-40mg ER's. They aren't available everywhere yet. If anyone has already received them where are you located? ## There aren't in Nashville yet but you can download the GoodRx app, it will create a coupon for prescriptions and give prices at local pharmacies.

I was on opana 40ers switched to generic, new pills have half moon on one side and 230 on the other, tan is this pill same as other , two hours after taking need breakthrough meds. ## Hello, Chad! How are you? Yes, they contain the same medication in a 40mg extended release formulation. There can sometimes be slight fluctuations from one generic to another, but they are very slight and it usually only takes a week or so for your body to adjust. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I live in Oak Ridge TN have a legit prescription for 60 oxymorphone ER 20 mg. Doctor is within 20 miles of my residence. Does anyone know where I might be able to fill them? ## Unfortunately, there is no directory of pharmacies that have any given medication in stock that I can refer to for you. The only thing you can really do is physically go to them, with the prescription in hand, to see if anyone has it in stock. If you call them, they won't give you an honest answer, because they have no way of knowing if the person on the phone is an actual customer with a need, or a potential thief. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. How long does it take to work, have 30 oxycodone for break thru pain! I used to take Opana 40Mg ER & seemed to work better, or faster! Broke back in service, then in 1975, again in 2002, with 12mmx8mm rupture @ L3-4 & fragment in nerve root @ L3-4, moderate severe spinal stenosis From C3 to L-5, crippled up but 77 Sept 11, 2017 & I don't want operations (to be gutted like fish been told by doctors!) & I have diabetes & heart problems too! Help, what is best for severe pain, 24-7 with terrible neoupathy down left leg, thigh to foot! ## It really varies from person to person. Opana costs too much for the same thing that Oxymorphone does. Opana is about $500+/-, while Oxymorphone is $47. ## opana and oxymorphone are the same thing, and you can get high off it. They are avaliable in 10's ir and 20's & 50's in er. ## Opana works for me. I just picked up 130 pills for $1,000 and some change. Worth every penny. ## i took oxymorphine before is tat ifferent than hydromorpone i justcant believe the way people judge people that obviously are suffering blows me away ## if u picked up 130 of any type of opana it is well worth your money. you could sale it for more than that ## Opana ER's are available in: 10mg. 20mg. 30mg. 40mg. They do NOT come in any dosage higher then 40mg. ## I guess you're one of the people that buys, sells, and use it for ...

I have been on the generic oxymorhpone for years and never had a problem getting it where I am from. However now that I am in New York City pharmacies say that they are unable to order it. It's always hard to tell if they legitimately cannot order it or they just don't want to deal with another pain patient. Can anyone recommend pharmacies to me? Brooklyn or Manhattan preferred. ## Helly Bkh, I don't live in NYC so I won't be able to give you a list of specific pharmacies but I can give you some tips on how to handle this situation. It always saves a lot of time to call the pharmacies instead of going to the physical location, more often than not they will tell you over the phone if they carry the brand you're looking for and if not if they have policies in place to ...

Pictures oxymorphone imprinted with cresent ## Hello, Shades! How are you? Those would be tablets manufactured by Actavis Pharmaceuticals. They have a gray 7.5mg ER tablet with the numbers 261 on one side, a white 15mg ER tablet with the numbers 262 on one side, a yellow 40mg tablet with the numbers 230 on one side, a tan 20mg ER tablet with the numbers 229 on one side, a pink 30mg ER tablet with the numbers 263 on one side, an orange 10mg ER tablet with the numbers 228 on one side, and a pink 5mg ER tablet with the numbers 227 on one side. Can anyone please help. I am going through transitioning doctors and Insurances. Currently no Insurance. long story short I am having to pay for my prescription of 120 Oxymorphone er 40mg. Yet the lowest I can find is still around $600 !!! With discount card. Yikes!! My research has found there are NO programs available. I have found Discount cards, but nothing substantial. Does anyone have a good lead? I'm grateful I am down to a single pain med. But financially its straining. ## I know exactly how you feel because I've been in the very same situation. That certainly is a ridiculous price. Honestly, the best option is to consider discussing with your pain doctor the possibility of switching to a different pain medication once you get settled with a new doctor because there are ...

I get a bit confused. I was taking Norco 7.5/325 every 8 hours and now taking Oxymorphone HCL ER 15mg every 12 hours. Should I take them at like 8 am & 8 pm and then the same the next day? I got the place for u, I was paying $412 for 90 oxymorphone 15mg and $125 for 120 30mg oxycodone. I now pay $177 for 90 15mg oxymorphone and $55 for 120 30mg oxycodone and like I said, I have no insurance. And they carry the moons. But what I do to keep from WD is, I insufflate half a moon in the morning and it last me bout 5 hours, then I'll insufflate a 30mg roxi or take about 2 orally, then around 5pm I'll insufflate the other half of the moon and that keeps me going, every now and then, I'll take more, but I dont take as directed,...

I take Oxymorphone and it helps. I just wanted to check to see which one is better, Oxymorphone 10mg er or Dilaudid 8mg? Thanks a lot! :-) ## There is no definitive way to say, it depends on you and which one works best to relieve your pain. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. If the Oxymorphone works well for you, then it might be best to stick with it. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Timilan, Dilaudid in most clinicians estimation provides a greater degree of analgesia. For purposes of diversion control most opt. to rx oxymorphone which is also an excellent pain reliever. It's sad when considerations for prescribing are based on anything b...

Just switched over from oxy 30mg instant release 6x daily to oxycontin 60mg with 2 30mg IR for breakthrough. Been on this for a long time. I find that I'm very disappointed with the oxycontin 60 it seems to only last 5 hours at the most and I have many breakthrough pains during that period of time. I've heard of oxymorphone ER and want to know if this would be better for me due to opioid tolerance. If anybody can give me opinions on this please do. Thanks. ## First off, the 30mg that you're taking cannot be instant release tablets, the instant release is only available in a 5mg capsule. If you're taking 30mg tablets, then they have to be the regular release formulation, which is a generic for Roxicodone. Learn more Roxicodone details here. And the Oxycontin just doesn...

I have been taking oxymorphone er 2 tabs a day, 10mg each. I have 26 vicodin 7.5/325 per month for breakthrough. It's not enough. Both knees and lower back hurt. What is the difference in between the oxymorphone with the half moon and the oxymorphone with g67or g76 on them ## Hello, Herman! How are you? I understand that this can be confusing, especially if your pharmacy doesn't inform you, so I'll gladly clear this up for you. There is no difference, other than they have been manufactured by different companies. Since this is a generic medication, which one your pharmacy has in stock can vary, depending on which company was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. It's how they help keep prices down for uninsured customers. Are there any other questions or concerns? ## Are the moons er or ir ## The "moons" are the Actavis brand of the 15mg Oxymorphone ER and the G## are the Global brand o...

I am probably just being paranoid, but I'm prescribed "Oxymorphone HCL ER 10 Mg tablets", (and that's the exact label law on my bottles) take 1 every 12 hrs. Today, instead of my normal small orange pill with G72 printed on it, and manufactured by Global pharm...I received a larger, white pill, imprinted with 54 814, manufactured by Roxane/West-War. But the question lies in the label...it's labeled as "Oxymorphone HCL 10 mg tablet". My question is....are these scripts the exact same, just maybe they left out the ER on the new one..but is it still extended release?? Any knowledgeable answers are appreciated!
