I have a round orange pill with 44 218 on one side and nothing on the other side. Is it really an aspirin or is it oxycodone? ## Hi Keke, A round orange pill with 44 218 on one side and blank on the other, is reportedly identified as an 81mg Aspirin (chewable). From what I could tell, both Walgreens and Major Pharmaceuticals market their own version of this pill with the same physical description. I hope this helps! ## This is chewable aspirin - small dose. It is manufactured by Major Pharmaceuticals Inc. Based on the information I gathered, the bottle is most likely a misprint if it was obtained from a legitimate source. I would suggest taking it back if indeed it's not what you ordered, and letting them know the seriousness of this mistake.
