Oxycodone Hair Test

I took an oxycontin on the 4th of last month, I NEVER take pills or do any other kind of perscription drugs. I have to take a hair follicle test to get a job on the 5th of next month, which will be approximately 30 days from the time I took the freakin pill. Is there anyway I will pass this test? Or is there anyway to mask thr test, i.e. shampoos, or home remedies? ## Did you pass the test? If so what did you use?

I took three Oxycodone pills 3 weeks ago and I had a hair test done today. Will it show on the test? ## The only way it would show up is if the lab did a Hair 5 Panel Drug Test with Extended Opiates. A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. The Oxy is in the Extended Opiate part of the test. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. Usually an employer will only do the Hair 5 Panel Drug Test, plus, 3 oxy pills is not enough for it to show up. I don't think I would lose any sleep over it. ## On a 9 panel extended opiate hair follicle test will oxycodone and oxycontin both show up the same ## Did you pass it? I took a pain pill that my co-worker gave me a week ago due to torn ligaments in my knees. I was contacted by a job for an interview and a hair strand drug test. I asked my co-worker what type of pain pill it was and he stated that it was an a332 which is oxycodone and acetaminophen 7.5 mg. I've never taken it before. I took one 5mg/325 oxycodone every other day for a few months but stopped three weeks ago. I possibly have a hair test coming soon for a new job offer that I haven't accepted yet but would like to. Will it show up if I cut my hair short right before my test? Should I drag my feet and hope for the best? ## I should also note my hair is short already. 1 inch or so. I got a haircut last week. I took one 5mg oxycodone about 60 days ago and ex-wife is trying to get courts to order hair tests on both for custody case. Will this show up? I have taken a total of (2) 5MG Oxycodone in the past 90 days. I recently had to get a hair follicle test done (with expanded opiates). One Oxycodone was taken about 90 days before, and the other exactly 7 days before my hair test. I am looking to see if anyone has any experience with passing / failing the hair test at these low dosages? I am not sure what the cutoff levels are, but I think it 100 PG/MG. I haven't slept in 3 days I am so nervous. Thanks for any replies. ## I had a similar issue last year and passed. However, I think the cutoff was 200 pg/mg. I am prescribed oxycodone 10mg taken 4 times daily. I take them as directed. I recently took a 5 panel hair follicle test and it came back negative on everything. Does anyone know a reason that this would not show up on a hair test? I did not have my hair colored or bleached in over two years and I did not take anything to try to alter the results. Thanks! ## The reason oxy didn't show up in a Hair 5 Drug Panel test is that it is not tested for in that panel. Is it even remotely possible for a lab using GS/MS the absolute minimum cut off level to detect a one-time-only 5 mg dose of oxycodone 28 days after the dose was taken? ## Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry is as close to being a perfect drug test as it's possible to get. But I think the result is going to be largely dependent on the type test you're taking (i.e. hair, urine, etc). It has been known to detect weed you smoked weeks ago. Although I haven't found any specific details on how it measures Oxycodone levels. Oxycodone itself is generally out of your urine in just a few days time. I have a drug test tomorrow. I took a single dose (5mg percocet) 2 weeks ago this is the only oxycodone ive had in several months. My daily routine includes very little activity and im slightly overweight but for the first 3-4 for day after taking it i drank gallons of water, cranberry juice and coffee, and urinated several times an hour. After four days though i stopped, until yesterday when i started drinking alot of water again. I got paranoid about the inactivity and worked this morning, however I'm worried now that that may have done more harm than good because the test is tomorrow. I have to take a hair follicle drug test and I have a script for Hydrocodone. About 2 months ago I had a horrible infection in my mouth and I took 2 percocet 5/325 mg. over a week period for the pain. My script for this was expired. This is a pre employment screen and I want this job in the worst way. I'm so worried about the drug test. I came up positive for Oxycodone on a hair test today. I went into addiction treatment for it a month ago. My doctor is sympathetic and wrote me a small script that he watched me flush so I would have some proof of being prescribed Oxycodone. Now, I know prior to a month ago my levels have to be ridiculous. He said he would lie for me if they called him. My question is will that one small script be enough to show proof of prescription? I am in reunification with dcf to get my daughter back. I was prescribed 40 5mg oxycodone on aug 1 due to me delivering a baby and 40 5mg oxycodone on aug 29 for my tubal ligation. I used to partake in marijuana regularly for years. I stopped on December 22, 2015. I have taken percocet off and on since then 30mg. Hi. I took a roxy June 20th. I have been doing heroin everyday. I been prescribed hydrocodone 5mg and have been taking that. On June 25th I had to take a drug test. I failed for opiates but failed for oxycodon too. Would the heroin have caused me to fail or the roxy for oxycodon. I'm wondering....how many mg of Percocet will come up positive taken over a period of 3 months? (test goes back 90 days) If it's positive, what are possible levels that will come up?
