Is the Watson 387 oval shape white pill the same as a Percocet? ## Watson 387 is a combination of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (750 mg - 7.5 mg). Percocet is a combination of Acetaminophen + Oxycodone hydrochloride. They are both used to treat moderate to severe pain. As I am not an MD I can only guess that the difference is minimal.
