I found a pill in a mis-labeled bottle that is pink/peach and oblong. One one side it has 0 a separator and a 9 (or a 6 if turned upside down). On the opposite side is a capital A. Does this pill contain FD&C yellow 5 or blue 1 dye? These dyes cause me to itch. They are a by-product of coal tar which I'm allergic to. ## Well, Isosorbide Mononitrate is a generic, so it is manufactured by several different companies and they don't all have to use the same inactive ingredients. I recently got the pink round 30 mg tablets and I find they make me tense up a lot more... sore muscles, shaky, hard to get motivated because I'm so distracted from the negative side effects...
