What is the Om 75 Orange pill compared to cause even though i know that it is a narcotic i want to know what it is like or equal to that i am already familiar with ## This tablet contains 75mgs of Tapentadol, the name brand for it is Nucynta and while it is similar to a narcotic, it actually doesn't act like straight narcotics do. Therefore, if you are familiar with Tramadol, which is a very similar type of medication, it would be closely compared to that, but it is known to be a little more potent. Hello all. I usually take Vicodin when I have bad back pain, but wanted to try something that wouldn't knock me out. I asked my Dr about Tramadol and he said he'd only prescribe one or the other. Long story short I filled my script and got green and orange capsules in a blister pack from Zenlabs. The pack says the drug is Zendol-50, containing 50 mg of Tramadol. It was produced for Zenlabs Canada in India. Now, these are very different than the little white pills I'm used to seeing. I took 3 last night (never taken that much before) and didn't feel much of anything. Can anyone help tell me if I'm taking some unknown drug or the real thing? However, a refill came back with a different colored and shaped tablet and has caused her nausea. The package is from India by Zenlabs. The pills are round and light orange. They are in a blister pack containing 10 tablets and Labled as Tramadol Tablets with the name Zendol-SR. it claims to be 100 mg of sustained relief Tramadol ## From what I was able to gather, Zendol is a product of India. It is a pain pill similar to ultram but stronger and is orange. ## Did you mean Nucynta, which contains the active ingredient Tapentadol? My husband takes Tramadol for pain. It has caused him to be depressed. He is now addicted to the drug can't function without it, and he is always angry or agitated at everything around him. He can't keep food down and can't sleep. I just moved to Orange County California from Florida a couple months ago. In florida I had been seeing a Pain management Dr for the past 5 years where I was recieving 150 Oxycodone 30mg and 60 15mg as well as some other Medications to go with it. Please dont comment and say I am looking for a specific drug and that's drug seeking behavior blah blah blah. I am just looking to find a dr that isnt going to try and tell me those medications are too strong and then have me waste my money and give me tramadol or something...
