Hydralazine is a direct-acting smooth muscle relaxant used to treat hypertension by acting as a vasodilator primarily in arteries and arterioles. Had to go off nardil as they changed the formula and have been on several others but nothing worked as well as the original nardil so I thought I would ask you about parnate. Please help me with some answers, Thanks, Patti
