I have found orange round pills either ow or mo on oneside 100 on other possibly for pain ## OM 100 contains 100mgs of Tapentadol, this is a pain reliever. No marking whatsoever. Mailed from India.? ## If there are no markings on the tablet, it is impossible to say for certain what these actually are, unless you would pay to have them lab tested. Those are the hazards of ordering online from foreign pharmacies, without a prescription.
