usage of Attentrol 18

my 9 yr old son is taking Attentrol 18 daily for past 3 years. he is very intelligent and now no problem w.r.t to attention . however he has muscle twitching some times in arms and limbs. pls confirm if Attentrol has any side effect ## my son is 12yr old. he is suffering from menelizem(after nemonia mind attek). he is phycally fit. he is not to speek a sentense and he is not reding, writing & not see a movie, song . his like are bhajan&panjabi song.this time current medison is epilex300crono(2),attenroll 18mg(1) , zentrad 200mg(2),lonazep.25mg(1) please confirm the tretment & medison
