Wow i looked at the pill upside down also, feelin like a real you know what ## @Jack, You had mentioned looking at the pill upside down also... Upon doing so, did you get the notion at the the "7" was an upside down "L"? Or that the "4"s appeared more accurately? I'm only curious because there's a white oblong pill imprinted with "L484" that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500mgs) and it's pretty much the exact opposite of your depiction. As a last resort it may even be a good idea to take it into a local pharmacy and see if they have any way of analyzing its contents... ...

This is an oblong (oval), white tablet with the imprint L 484 on it. Somebody told me it is a pain killer but I don't know exactly what kind it is. Can anybody tell me? ## L484 is Acetaminophen 500 mg, which is generic for Extra Strength Tylenol. Nothing to be concerned about, as it is a common over the counter med. I have one white oblong pill with an imprint/stamp of a (small) l & the #'s 484. Came back as oxycodone 10 mgs first, but then acetaminophen 500 mgs. I found a bottle of oblong white pills with L 484 printed on the pills. They are in a clear bottle for traveling. I forgot to label the bottle. Could you tell me if it is acetaminophen?
