These were added to my son's regular prescription. I can't find the name or any information about it. He said he has been tired both days he has taken it. ## Hello, Judy! How are you? The tablet in question is manufactured by Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 36mgs of Methylphenidate, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy. It is a generic for Lortab among others. (NDC 0603-3888) When taking your action, if you found this on a child or teen, don't forget to make sure they know that not only is this dangerous and addictive, but it is also illegal to have if it isn't prescribed to you, and the police and government are really cracking down. I have read postings on some legal advice boards about youngsters getting caught with just 1 or 2 pills on them, and being arrested and prosecuted. what is the strength of this pill, and is it vicodin? ## I cannot locate any information on a white, scored oblong pill with the marking of V 360. The closest I can find has the marking of V 3600, but it is pink and doesn't have a score line. What is this pill? It arrived in a bottle of glyburide 5 mg. I think it is a stowaway from the mail-order pharmacy, As above: small, scored, pink pill, oblong in shape, inscribed with I 36 on one side. ## My guess is that it was an error, the tablet in question contains 2.5mgs of Glyburide. They were probably working to fill several orders of the same medication and one in a different dosage accidentally ended up in the wrong packaging.
