Is it okay to take a 75mg Sunosi in the morning (5-6am) and then take a 200mg Modafanil around 12? ## They are in different medication classes, so there are times a doctor may prescribe them together, if necessary, but you shouldn't combine them, without a physician's approval. Sunosi contains Solriamfetol, it is a dopamine, and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, while Modafanil is an actual stimulant. The typical side effects of taking them may include nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, nervousness, mood changes, and anorexia. Have they both been prescribed for you? Are you on any other medications? ## s, both have been prescribed for me. I have never discussed taking them on the same day. I do take other prescribed medications but nothing that is contraindicated to not tak...

I am having issues finding any scientific data on propylhexedrine. I would like to specifically know receptor binding information. I am aware of propylhexedrine chemical structure and that it is the sister-in-law of methamphetamine so there is obvious dopamine activity but what is confusing to me and many others, is the profound serotonin effects i experience using benzedrex along with lack of norepinephrine effects. Those effects completely differ from the effects of methamphetamine which furthers my interest in which receptors this chemical may or may not exert its effects upon. If you have any info on binding essays i would greatly appreciate the sharing of your knowledge and awareness regarding propylhexedrine (Benzedrex).

Does it help how much do you take do you take other meds please tell me all you can about it ## Does anyone use deplin please respond ## Hi Theresa, Based on my research, Deplin is basically a derivative of folate (vitamin B9) that has been converted into L-methylfolate, in order to create serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine in the brain. I can't seem to find any specific details on dosing, other than average amounts ranging from 800 to 1000 mcg; so you may have to discuss that further with a doctor or naturopathic physician, unless otherwise stated on the product labeling. However, from what I've read, it still sounds like an excellent alternative to prescription drugs for the treatment of depression. Definitely worth considering in my honest opinion. I hope this input help...
