I had swelling in my foot . My Uric acid level was 7.5 . I have taken allopurinol for 30days and zyloric 100mg for 30days . Presently Uric acid is 5.2 May I take febuxostat40 for another month or how long? I had mild skin rashes when I had taken zyloric

Hello, I'got a blood test since 3 months, my uric acid was 7.2 My doctor asked me to start with no Uric 100Mg, and done it after one month my uric acid was 6. now last week I got a very joint pain, doing blood test everything is ok only my Uric acid is 7.8. started again with no uric but 300Mg. since that i'm feeling bad taste in my mouth, heartburn, and i'm drinking a lot of water, pls my question is for how long should i take no uric, what's the food that affects Uric acid, Thank you. I am taking nebicard 5 + asomex TM. Kindly advise alternative for nebicard 5 as it increses uric acid. My uric acid is already high and I am taking zyloric 100mg 2 tablets daily. ## Nebicard contains the active ingredient Nebivolol, it us most commonly used to treat hypertension. If I know that, I may be able to find you a list of available medications in the same class. ## I am was given thyronorm during the year 2004 1.75 mg then gradualy reduced to 25 mg. finally I was advised to stop taking tablet for a year. pain ## I have a case of GOUT..I was given a Rx for Diclofenaco (100mg) ans also a Rx for Nediclon (diclofenaco) 100mg...I don't know the daily dosage for these 2 drugs...I'm 61 years old...I took these before and it cleared up my gout attack in 3 days...can someone advie as to what the breakdown is for these 2 Rx drugs...thankyou, Glenn ## If you received a prescription then you must follow the dosing schedule as given on the prescription from your doctor. If you have trouble understanding it, then please speak to your doctor or pharmacist. ## from what i undestand, gout is largely trigged by what you eat - like pork, or asparagus or mushrooms. If it bothers you that bad, google a list a foods that increase uric acid and that should help.
