I found a white pill with blue specks on it. It has a imprint A then it has a score (carved line) then 195 I think it might be adepix but I looked that up and those pills say adepix on them. So what do I have?? ## Hi Boscobella, The closest match I've been able to find is Pemoline (18.75 mg). It is a white round pill with the imprint A 197 on the front and nothing on the back. There is a score in between the A and the 197. Manufacturer: Actavis Pemoline is a stimulant drug of the oxazoline class. It was first synthesized in 1913 but its activity was not discovered until the 1930's. Under the names Betanamin, Cylert, Tradon, and Ceractiv it was used as a medication to treat attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. Under the Convention on Psychotropic Substa...

White oval pill with blue specs imprint p r on one side ## @Todd, A description of a white oval pill with blue specks is usually indicative of the weight loss drug known as Phentermine. However I have yet to come across any specific details matching the P R on one side. Whereabouts did you come across this pill? I also wonder if the letter P or R look uniquely shaped/cursive-like/close together/etc..? Any additional clues or insight would be appreciated.

Found a clear, sealed, plastic bag with four different unidentified pills (no imprints or markings). They're all different sizes but two are elliptical - one reddish maroon and one with gray, white, and blue specks. The other two are sort of rectangular/elliptical and one is a lighter yellow and the other is tan with orange or red specks. Anyone know what they are? ## I'm sorry, but if there are no imprints, they will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have them lab tested. The only thing we can say for certain is that they are not legal U.S. prescription medications, as they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. But, otherwise, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications. Did you...

I found them in a house i was working in and I just wanna know what they are ## Hi butterball, Based on your description, it sounds to me like the depiction of a 37.5 mg Phentermine tablet, prescribed for weight loss. If you were to run a google image search for "phentermine hcl blue speckled 37.5mg" you'll be able to get a visual of what I'm referring to. Are there also any markings or imprints on this pill that we can use to narrow down our search efforts? I hope this helps!

diamond shape white pill with blue specks and no imprint, what is it? ## Hi Missy, What sort of texture would you say the pill has? Is it kind of chalky or anything remotely similar to an Altoid by chance? I was just glancing over at some of their breath mints and noticed a white square or diamond shaped pill (depending on how one perceives it), so I couldn't help but speculate... On the other hand, there are probably many other things it could turn out to be... If you're able to, I'd look into the option of sending the pill into a lab for a specific content analysis. I think these various labs use GCMS evaluations, which reportedly provides a very accurate assessment. Whereabouts did you get it from?

White, oblong, imprinted MP 273, looks like blue specks dots all over, all white when cut in half. I ordered 37.5 mg Phentermine, not sure that is what I got. ## Where did you order the pills from? The description of the pill sounds like phentermine (white with blue speckels), but the imprint does not sound correct. With the markings you describe, unfortunately there might be a chance that those pills are something else. I've even heard of people saying that they got Generic Soma in the mail with the same imprints. I could definitely be wrong though. Hope this info helps a bit. ## I also orderd phentermine37.5 mg and I had never recieved this kind of phentermine long blue specks, break in half white in side with MP 273 on it. I orderd it through Pill Royal twice before and had recie...

Is this what this ?? is? I do not know if the engraving says 018 or 810. It depends on How you hold the ??. ## Hi peanut, Based on the description provided, this appears to be a real 37.5 mg Phentermine tablet (with a National Drug Code of 64850-810). However, the actual imprint should read "810". Apparently it's made by a company called Elite Laboratories Inc. You could try contacting them if there's still some doubt about its appearance... Does your pill have a score line dividing the tablet into two sections?

I found this pill in my home and need to identify it quickly! It is round, white with blue specks, no imprint or scoring. Please help! ## I'm sorry, but if there are no markings on the tablet, the only way to positively identify it would be to pay to have it lab tested. It could possibly be any one, of a large number of foreign medications or over the counter products. Do you have any other information on it? This one could even be a breath mint!

oblong ## Is that the complete imprint? Or does it also have an LCI on it, before the 1445? If so, this tablet contains 37.5mgs of Phentermine, a stimulant used to aid in weight loss. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, irritability and anorexia. Read more:

The imprint is correct it is a WATSON 775 Its white or a very light blue with blue specks. Its round as well, no lines or impressions on it either. I've looked everywhere and can't find an explanation as to what this particular pill is. ## Hi, Kyle! I haven't found anything to match this, either and I've checked several databases. Where did you find it? I'm thinking that it might be a foreign medication. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

What Pill Is Tiny White Round With Blue Specks It Labeled B G Someone Help!! Steriod? drug? ## I found an oblong white pill with tan specks and need to identify it. ## Found tiny pill, white, scored with B G...... Any ideas what this is?? ## @kari, The closest match I've been able to locate is Oxycodone hydrochloride extended release (10 mg). It is a white round pill with the imprint ABG on one side and 10 on the other. It doesn't have any blue specks though, if this is your pill (and the other imprints have been smudged off) it could just be manufactured by a different company who has designed the pill differently. Manufacturer: Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Oxycodone is effective for managing moderate to moderately severe acute or chronic pain. It has been found to improve quality ...

Trying to id a white oblong pill with red & blue specks. It kind of looks like an adipex. I can't make out imprint but looks like ipi 35. What is it? ## After trying several different variations of "ipi 35" I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated.

I want to know what pill I can purchase over the counter that is white oblong with blue specks......over the counter only ## I'm sorry, but there's no database listing OTC products according to their description and, additionally, if you're trying to match a prescription medication none of them would have the same imprints. Learn more OTC drug details here. What exactly are you looking for? I've found some large white pills with blue specks. No imprint except a large "score" on one side right in the center. ??? Confused. ## All manufactured prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have unique imprints to enable their identification, so we can rule this out as being a prescription medication. That means that it is most likely an over the counter product of some type. I'll do some searching and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this product? What is your general location? Some over the counter products are regional, so that may help to narrow it down.

If so, then it is, indeed, Phentermine. The way a pill looks doesn't mean anything. Phentermine is the generic version of this medication. Once a medication is available for generic production, it can manufactured by many different companies and the way a tablet or capsule looks is entirely up to the wit and whim of the manufacturer. The only law in relation to the appearance states that they must have an imprint, enabling the identification of the manufacturer, the drug an...
