If you have any pain then go for paracetamol. Nimesulide is one of the best pain management drug but due to certain side effects all advantages are outweighed by side effects like hepatotoxicity and bad effect on kidney. If you have GI problems, hpersentivity, ulcers, bleeding problem, kidney and liver problem please avoid this medicine. And it's also not safe for children below 12.
