Dear Sir, I have hyperacidity since 8 years,presently my age is 38years.For the last 8 years i have been taking pentodec,zentac,nexium ,Nexpro 20. I change the brand after every six months approx. Sir I take one of these tablets with half motilium m empty stomach in the morning since 8 years. Please advise if I can suffer any problem due to taking of these medicines for long time may be throughout my life.If I dont take this medicine I start suffering from heart burn feeling, passing of gas through mouth and uncomfortableness Awating your reply. acid reflux ## i need to know the information abt the nexpro fast 40 tablets ## It is just another generic for Nexium, which contains Esomaprazole, used to treat ulcers and GERD. ## Is there any permanent solution of acidity as i am taking Nexpro 40 mg by last 2 years ## I am suffering from Gastric and consulted the doctor regard to the disease. They have conducted Endoscopy and to the extent of ERCP and recommended use tablet Nexpro 40 every day 30 minutes before the breakfast. I am using this tablet from 2007 November onwards. I have been prescribed Nexpro 20 for flatulence caused by wysolone and methotrexate, which I am taking for RA. Yet I read everywhere that flatulence is a side effect of Nexpro. I don't have acidity or upper digestive tract problems, mine are all in the lower regions – bloating and gas. Can you advise? ## Perhaps I should have been clearer – I am based in India and Wysolone is the Indian brand name for prednisone (US) or prednisolone (UK) – this is cortisone medication..
