I had broken two vertebrae and dislocated my shoulder in a car accident on the GSP. Was seeing someone way up in N. Jersey. Good doc (but crowded office) but it's too far for me to drive. Anyone know of any other doctors in NJ that would prescribe 15mg or 30mg oxycodone? I was taking 90 15's per/mo. Tried living with out the pain killers but it's almost impossible. I'm on oxy 80mg, roxy 30 mg and xanax 30 mg. My appointment is wednesday and I live in nj. We have a major blizzard coming on tuesday and wednesday. My dr appointment is wednesday so medical transportation wont be able to take me cause of weather. Been on these meds 26 years so I cant just stop. Especially xanax. Plain and simple, I live in the Medford/Mt Holly/Marlton area in South Jersey. I have my MRI and paperwork; I have a spine curvature/scoliosis, 2 disc bulges, and a herniated disc all in L1-L5 areas, and compression? in S1-S2. I have been prescribed oxycodone 10 mg since 2009 by my family doctor because of spinal injuries and my new neurosurgeon says that new damage is not going to be helped by another surgery.. Do i now have to go strictly to a pain management doctor or can my family doctor still prescribe it? I have situational anxiety, my pcp prescribes me 0.5 alprazolam. She normally writes a prescription which states to take 1 tablet orally 1 x a day. Hi, I was recently enrolled in a methadone clinic in Somerville, NJ. (I have medicaid). However I weaned myself off because it was not helping with anxiety at all and we were not allowed to take any benzos. It got to the point where my anxiety and panic attacks took over toooooo much of my life. I then weaned myself off.
