I think i need vitamin B12, and I understand that Neurovit is B12 only, without Vitamin B1 and B6. I took B1,B6 and B12 combined but I suddenly experienced tingling/needle-like sensation so stopped taking Supraneuron tablets. ## Have you consulted your doctor to see if you need it? Too much Vitamin B12 can be just as dangerous as not having enough of it in your body. Neurovit contains Thiamine, Pyridoxine and Cyanacobalamin, so it does have the same vitamins as the other one that you tried. ## I continued my research on the contents of various B-complex vitamins.
