All of these are available over the counter in the U.S. in most vitamin shops, drug stores and grocery stores, you'd just need to look for something that contains the same ingredients. my mom has started syndopa plus (2x1/2 tablets/day for 7 days followed by 3x1/2 tablets/day) 3 days back. She is diagnosed with Perkinsons. She is now showing delusions and talking randomly. What shall I do? She is also taking Rasalect (1 after breakfast), Pacitane (2/day/after food) and Felicita OD.
