I am 76 years old man with 80 kg weight and 176cm height. Back pain has been a chronic problem with me for more than 10 years now. I have now been prescribed Nucaxia 90mg once daily for my lower back pain and some pain in one knee. The medcine is quite effective. Earlier I used to take some medicine on SOS basis but now require to every day as the pain returns if I stop the medicine. The problem is diagnosed as Osteoarthritis. Kindly advise whether Nucaxia 90mg may be taken on long term basis or it must be discontinued with use of some alternate medicine like Indocap SR or Vovran SR which are equally helpful.I am also doing excercize like walking. phisiotherapy, yoga etc on regular basis for the last several years. But need for medicine appears permanent. Kindly advise. Bhatla ## I m 23 ...

White NORCO 539.. is that the real deal or just a knock off.. and also heard that now company's are going to make it to when u break on in 1/2 a chemical reaction takes the Codien out of it. Not that I care but is that possible? ## Hello, TX84! How are you? Yes, this is the name brand, so it contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus, it does not contain codeine and I don't know anything about the formula being changed, sorry. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## The Reply was almost confusing on the second part lol Could you be a little more better please. Im not sure if that was in pa...

I just refilled my rx with brand name Norco 10/325 and they are white and are not effective. The generic yellows worked perfectly to relieve the chronic pain I have in my c2 and c4 areas of my neck. Severe stenosis with other conditions make everyday stuff undoable. I have tried 4 different types of generics and 2 gave me a headache every time I took them? So what did the yellow dye do to help in the delivery of this drug? ## Hello, Marcus! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems you're experiencing. It actually doesn't have anything to do with the dye, it has to due with the nature of generics. Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, they are allowed to differ from the name brand, in the amount of the active ingredient, by as much as plus or minus 20%, they also don't hav...

Hello - I got my prescription refilled for Norco 539's, but I have always had the 853's with Watson on them. Some key differencws are the new ones are very chalky and can be broken easily while the 853's are much harder and break with a snap not a crumble. Also it's easy to scratch the norco 539 off of the face. Please let me know if anyone one has any experience with these and if they could be bad? Thanks ## How soft and crumbly a pill is depends on the inactive ingredients that the manufacturer has chosen to use. The FDA has a list of inactives which are classified under: generally considered as safe, and manufacturers can use whichever they wish from that list. These are ingredients that are considered safe for human consumption and to not have an effect on the effica...

I've never seen one thats white? ## Hello, Ace! How are you? Sorry about the confusion, I'm happy to clear this up for you. Norco is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals and they have been removing the dye from all of their products, due to the fact that some people were sensitive or allergic to them. Over the past few months, they've all been slowly changing to white tablets. Is there anything else I can help with? ## As congress did whatever they did 4 months ago, after many years of difficult pain management, a regimen that was productive at least as being independent, then generic 10/325 already with side effect issues from other pain medicine. After much work my needed to function Norco was approved. Thinking no more nausea, and house work can not be so dreaded, to ge...

I recieved a refill for my losartan-hctz 100-25. The pill color changed. It's white, circle on the pill, and its says sz 390. ## The tablet with the SZ 390 marking contains the same medication in the same dosages. What you need to know is that this is a generic medication, the name brand would be Hyzaar, so it is manufactured by several different companies. Are there any other questions or comments?

I recently was switched from Lortab to Nucynta 75 for migraines to trial it out. I took a Nucynta at 9am and am wondering if I can take Lortab 10mg at 5pm? ## Did your doctor tell you take it, as well? If not, and you were actually switched, you should not do so. The FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

Can you please provide me with the correct NDC for this drug? It's HCPCS code is J7192. ## After some research I found a PDF from Anthem listing a number of "Antihemophilic Factor and Clotting Factor" drugs. Further down it lists the HCPCS code J7192 next to a drug called Advate. The HCPCS code may also refer to something more general "Factor viii (antihemophilic factor, human)" but that could open up an even larger list of NDCs. In the mean time, you can pull a list of NDC codes for Advate at: /NDC/Advate/ Is this what you are looking for?

This is the Ndc # for Watson's Metronidazole. Is this drug still good? It's 250mg and it expired in 2015. ## If it is in a bottle as dispensed by your pharmacy, and not the original sealed manufacturers container, then the expiration would have been in 2016. It does not become dangerous after it expires, but it does begin to lose efficacy, thus the best thing to do would be to dispose of it and see your doctor for a new prescription. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have an orange/peach tablet. Oblong shape kinda like an eye shape. There is a vertical line down the center on one side with a number 2 on the left and a 0 on the right side of the line. On the other side there are horizontal dashes on the right and left sides centered, and in the middle upper section there is a lower case b or the number 6. (I think it is a b) and under that are the numbers 973. This tablet measures 1/2 inch (1 mm) x 1/6 inches (approx 1 1/2 mm) x 1/16 inches. What is this tablet? ## Pill Image Click Here This is Amphetamine Dextroamphetamine 20mgs, a generic for Adderall XR.
