Found mixed with rx bottle of Toprol XL 100mg EQ tabs. Bottle was labeled and contains Ethex brand eq tablets. The patient also has had Toprol XL 50mg and 100mg brand name tablets within the last year or so from more than one pharmacy. The m is very similar to the m on the toprol tablet with the AMO marking. The first one is a round white tablet with GG 296 on it. That is Loratadine 10 mg (NDC 0781-5077).
