The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. In what country is Temazepam by Mylan (Mylan 4010) made? I do not like to take anything made in China, because they put poisonous substances in products, or from the Phillipines, because they do not put a full dose in each pill or capsule. For instance, whenever I receive a Z-pack that is not made in USA, it diesn't work. ## Where something is made is not relevant, if it is approved to be provided by a doctor, or pharmacy here in the U.S., then it must meet the same safety and efficacy standards as all others, under FDA regulations.
