cramps all over my body, often without any muscle activity, in other words, totally at rest and I still get very bad cramps. I am drinking water enough to be peeing about every 2 hours. I also take a calcium/magnesium supliment. ## Hi John, The capsule with imprint Mylan 2537 is a combination of Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg + Triamterene 37.5 mg (it's generic for Dyazide, and is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals). This medication is used for treating high blood pressure. From what you are reporting it sounds like your BP might be dropping low, causing "hyperactive deep tendon reflexes".
