white oblong line down middle mp on one side 85 on other... the mp are connected by the right side of the m and the left side of the p.... i found it cleaning my brothers room... just wanna know if i should have a discussion with him about pain medication ## I also have one of these pills but don't know what it is MP 85 does anyone know what it is. ## This is Sulfamethoxazole 800mgs and Trimethoprim 160mgs, a generic for Septra. This is a combination of two antibiotics usually used to treat infections of the urinary tract or intestines. Definitely NOT a pain pill!
