Round white pill with MLX over 123, what is it? ## Nothing to worry about, this is just Acetaminophen 325mgs, a generic for Tylenol regular strength. ## Found in sons room and want to make sure its not a bad drug ## Glad to know what this little white pill is. I looked everywhere found out it is a tylenol. ## That's cool...some girl gave it to me at the bar last night and i thought it was something fun...glad to know i was duped.

white, round ## I have found a round with pill with MLX on the top and 132 on the bottom with a line in the middle the other side is blank no score.
