Mexico Pill Identifier

Is there any way to accurately identify pills that originate from Mexico? I have a small round white pill with a weird "R" logo, from Mexico. It's Clenbuterol, but I don't know the mg. I'm sorry, but the operative word here is Mexico! They don't keep track of most of their medications, which means that there is no identifier available for their tablets. I wish there were as it would make things much easier, but since they don't keep track and they don't require imprints, even trying to start such a database would be a ridiculously difficult undertaking. Does anyone know if Ambien (Zolpidem) 10 mg from Mexico comes in a round 1/4", lightish orange tablet (white inside). Scorned on one side and unmarked on the other side? Does anyone know if there is a Mexican pill identifier website? How can I tell if they are real or is Zolpidem 10mg even made like that? Has anyone taken these from Mexico? There is no way of knowing exactly what you have received, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. And no, there is no Mexican drug identification website.
