I had high bp since last 3 years i was on atenolol salt. it helped me but since july 2011 it was not effective. then doctor put me on telmisarton & metoprolol succinate i.e TELZY MT 50 i was also suffering from mild lvh and RBBB. AFTER one month my bp became 120-80 and no other comlications and i am still feeling the same bp 120-80 and feeling normal. ther is no swelling of ankles or anywhere else. but on serum test my creatinine level has increased to 123 and e gfr reduced to 55. in july this was 85 and 95. doctor is of opinion that this is because of this medicine. i also take fenofibrate and atorvastatin i od. kindly advise rise in creatinine with in 6-7 months ## Did your doctor suggest any alternative medications or changing the dosages? He is probably right as to what's ca... ...
