I've been taking 50mg for about a week but my pain has gotten worse. I went to my dr. today and he told me to start taking 150mg. I take trazadone,gabapentin methocarbomol. I'm afraid to take these but can't sleep without them. Do you think I'd be safe to take them? My last dose of nucynta was at 6pm. I'm not experiencing any effects ## Hello, Sandi! How are you?
