oblong / pill ## Are you sure it isnt M582 instead of M528? If so, then you have something called acetaminophen 500mg/hydrocodone 7.5mg. This is a controlled substance narcotic pain medication that can be very addictive. Side effects include drowsiness, euphoria, dizziness,nausea. ## Nothing I can find listed under the < 528 either. ## Good!
