If so, then it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, a narcotic pain reliever. And yes, it can react with certain medications, but I cannot give you any information on if it will react with what you are taking, without knowing what those specific medications are.. I found a small, white (almost a pale yellowish color), oblong pill with 'M375' on one side & on the other side, there is a split that goes across the middle of the pill. Can anyone please tell me what this is!? ## Is the marking possibly M 357? If so, this tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, which is a narcotic analgesic commonly sold/prescribed under the brand names Lortab, Norco or Vicodin. white oblong, scored, m375 ## Is there any way you might mean M 357? If so, M357 is a generic Vicodin, which contains Hydrocodone 5 mg + Acetaminophen 500 mg.
