M357 is Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). That said, the comparison lies between Oxycodone and Hydrocodone. My research shows that Acetaminophen + Oxycodone is used for acute (short term) moderate to severe pain. While Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone doesn't specify being, quote "short term". From what I can find, KurZyme is a supplement manufactured by Swiss Labs and they can be contacted directly at 866-404-6792, though if you ordered elsewhere, I doubt they will be able to help you.

All tablets that use a 44 on them, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, this company doesn't manufacture any prescription medications. Is the M plain or is it in a box? What color is the tablet? It is white amd could it possibly be M 734? If so, then it contains 8mgs of Ondansetron, mostly used to help prevent nausea and vomiting.
