I think it is an antiacid want to make sute. ## @Micahel Wilkerson , I believe the pill you have may actually be OTC Zyrtec liquid capsules; which are clear/yellow egg shaped capsules with the imprint z10. Zyrtec (Cetirizine) is used in the treatment of allergies, hay fever, angioedema, and urticaria. clear mini gel cap black ( could be dark green or very dark red) thick liquid unkarked ## If there are no markings it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have a unique marking to enable their identification. However, there are quite a few over the counter products that meet this description, including several herbal supplements. I even have a fishoil capsule that looks like this. There is also a small chance it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone else have an idea what this is?

i found a clear capsule, filled with clear liquid and a smaller green pill/capsule inside. You may have better luck going into one of those stores and asking one of the customer service people at the front desk if they have any diet pills that resemble your description. The reason this wouldn't be a prescription pill in the U.S. is because U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have a unique imprint on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. This does not seem to be the case for your pill with no imprint, which leaves one of the dietary supplement companies as an option. I was perscribed accutane or roaccutane in the UK when I was about 19 (1997) all seemed well at first but in the last 15 years I have suffered from boils/systs mainly around my face and head area, my hair started going grey not long after taking the medicine and yesterday I found out I have arthritis in my wrists. I'm only 34 and none of these problems are prevalent in my family. My advice is, stay clear or try other alternative medicine or put up with the acne, If I could go back I would rather have the acne than the possible side efects of this drug.

it is for cough ## That marking isn't a lot to go on, but was this a prescription product? If so, then I suspect it may contain Benzonatate, they usually meet this description and it is a topical anesthetic used to help prevent severe coughing.
