They're a fluid retention tablet given to me with phentermine weight loss medication, as phentermine makes u really thirsty and causes you to drink a lot of water; but these still have u retaining fluid.

Small whitish yellow pill with A on one side and 253 on the other - found in my bathroom ???? Help?? ## White round pill with M253. May be zovirax or pain med??? ## A253 contains Guaifenesin 600mgs and Phenylephrine 30mgs, a generic for EntexLA, which is a cold remedy. ## need to find out what this is. small yellowish round tab with A on one side and 253 on the other. i have looked every where so far to no avail.
