The marking is R 081 and it contains 7.5mgs of Clorazepate, the active ingredient in Tranxene, another Benzodiazepine. It is used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. The pill has two shades of blue. On one half of the pill it has the letter "n" and on the other side it has the numbers "180". It's one of those pills that you break in half and pour out some powder or something. Do you have any idea what it is?

What is a white round pill with APO 018 on it? ## We have received a number of inquiries about this imprint code, but nobody was able to find a match based on both imprint code and reported color. The only lead regarding this was found from the manufacturer Apotex. On their site is listed a round Green pill with the imprint APO 018. The pill that came up is Cimetidine 200 mg, generic for Tagamet (treats acid reflux and other similar conditions). I have a handful of small white round pills with J on one side and 18 on the other. I cannot find this exact configuration on any website. The closest I can find is J 10 or J 5, which are Donepezil. The marking, according to the manufacturer Time Cap Laboratories is actually TCL 081 and they list it as being a laxative. The FDA reports its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, stomach cramps, flatulence, and diarrhea.
