I take Lisinopril -HCTZ-20-12.5 mg twice a day. I noticed on my refill bottle It says Lisinopril 20 mg twice a day. Is that the same or should they be cut in half two times a day or should I call the doctor. Will this cause my heart rate to be higher and blood pressure to higher?. Thank You ## Did your doctor change your prescription? The original contained Lisinopril with Hydrochlorothiazide, while the new one, according to what you've listed, only contains the Lisinopril. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. It is always best to take the one your doctor has directed you to take. Is there a chance your pharmacy made an error?

What is the color of the Lupin capsules of this medication in this strength ## Amlodipine with Benazapril is a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions. The tablet manufactured by Lupin that contains 10mgs of the Amlodipine and 20mgs of the Benazapril is described as being purple, but it seems to look more reddish, with a darker portion where the two halves of the capsule overlap. On the darker half it should have the letters LU and on the bottom, lighter half there should be E14. Is there anything else I can help with?

I take Norco 10 / 325 and they aren't doing anything. I think I was even having withdrawals sneezing diarrhea and come to find out CVS carries Lupin. At first I thought I was building up a tolerance to the pain medication but it was like overnight. This can be traced back to when I got the medication from CVS from the manufacturer Lupin. I have about a 30 day supply left and can't get anymore but I definitely will not be going back there. I will be calling pharmacies to see who does not carry Lupin. ## Omg im so glad im not alone on the pupil brand. I literally hurt all over and they wear off in about 2 hours. I'm having a hard time finding my yellow ones and when i do call looking for them im treated like crap. I just want to cry. I have severe disk degeneration and need 5 ...

I've been on pain management for many years due to chronic pain from degenerative arthritis and fibromyalgia. Taking 10/325 Qualitest/Par that worked for pain with no side effects. Helping to live a quality life. Last month I was given Lupin white 10/325. Terrible side effects. Borderline migraines, anxiety, tightness, little pain relief, lack of hunger and crying in pain in the night. Called many pharmacies to try and find the yellow Norco meds that work, no luck. Called Qualitest/Par to find a local pharmacy that carries them. Qualitest no longer manufactures hydrocodone products!! Does ANYONE have any med change options I can discuss with my doctor? He is aware of what is going on. ## Good luck finding anything these days due to the so called opioid crisis! My husband and I have ...

I have had issues with Lupin's bupropion XL, and now it seems I am having issues with Lupin's quetiapine. It seems like everything they make is full of side effects. After starting quetiapine 100 mg instant release (sorry I don't know the manufacturer), I noticed I would fall instantly to sleep. Now that I am taking Lupin's quetiapine 300 mg, I have insomnia. That really doesn't make sense, because quetiapine is such a strong sedative, especially 300 mg instant release. I have even taken 100 mg of trazodone on top of 300 mg of quetiapine, and I am still not sleepy. I sleep until 11 am, I don't feel rested at all, and can't wake up in the morning without 5-6 alarms. I've also had issues with weight gain (normal), binge eating and eating cravings (normal), ...

I take 10 miligram Lupin tables - have been taking them 2x a day for 20 years. Today, I opened the bottle and they were 1/2 the size. Same markings on the pill and container, same color, same manufacturer but 1/2 the size. I asked the pharmacy assistant about it and she said the company was making them smaller but they were the same. I asked how they were doing that - were they removing fillers? Why did they have so many fillers in the first place. She said she didn't know, but would transfer me to the pharmacist. I asked the pharmacist and she sounded like she had been asked what the weather would be like the next day - "oh, I don't know...yeah...I don't really know." I don't feel comfortable taking these. ## Yes, in most cases they have changed the fillers they...

How many times a day should I take this pill for strep throat? ## Hello, April! How are you? Are you referring to 500mg Cephalexin, the antibiotic? You should follow your doctor's dosing instructions. According to the FDA, it's usually taken every 12 hours for 7 to 10 days, depending on the severity of the infection. The side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with?

Since my Amlodipine pills were changed to Lupin Pharmaceuticals (LU H13 imprint) I have been having a really bad headache, my blood pressure is up and I've been having problems with my vision. I have been on this pill for years & never had any problems until this month when the manufacturer was changed to Lupin. ## Lupin lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Amlodipine, is the same dosage that you were taking prior to receiving this tablet? The headache, and vision issues are listed as being normal side effects, according to FDA reports, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, and increased urination. How high has your blood pressure been? What is it normally for you? ## Same here! My pharmacy switched to LUPIN manufacturer too! My head feels like a snare drum by the 4th d...

Are they now smaller? I'm concerned. Purchased a new refill and I'm finding the 20 mg pills are much smaller than my last refill. When did this occur? ## What are the markings on the tablet? I'm sorry, but I need this additional information in order to double check the information for you. It is possible that they changed the fillers they used, so the tablets are now smaller. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I take Lisinopril 10 mg also and my newest RX pills still show 10 mg, but they are much smaller. The pharmacist assured me that the dosage is correct. Still, it's troubling that the company hasn't provided an...
