My first time taking it, it made me nauseous and tired with diarrhea. I went to my dr to find out that I had a hole in my stomach and bleeding. Could this have been caused by 10/325 Norco? ## How long were you taking it? That is not an issue that would normally occur with just short term use. Generally, it takes awhile for an ulcer to develop, according to NIH reports. Do you drink a lot of alcohol? Are you taking any other medications regularly? Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 10-325 My Pharmacy Costco just slipped me 120 of these Oval Pills Marked U03. They are pure garbage. Headache within 20 minutes of taking and No Pain relief. My Losartan Potassium was switched to this company also 2 months ago, and I've had stomach problems since. Told Costco NEVER to dispense anything from this company. These Pills not only don't work, they give you a HEADACHE, Hydrocodone is suppose to take away pain not give you pain. ## The tablets with the U 03 marking contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen (NDC 13107-0021).
