I am away on vac. Three days ago I started feeling tired and when I did anything physical (stairs) I would get a fast heart rate. I started taking Ibuprofen for the head ache. Today the third day I bought took out a bottle of penicillin VK 500 mg tablets I took with me. I am also alternating ibuprofen and acetaminophen 6hrs.
