dizziness, lightheaded, fatigue, diarrhea, sleepy ## Yes, those can all be side effects of Lisinopril with Hydrochlorthiazide, which is commonly used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions. Another thing that you do have to be careful of is dehydration, since the Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps remove fluid from the body. Most of the symptoms you mentioned can also be from dehydration, so you have to make sure you are taking in enough fluids to keep your body balanced out. More details: Are there any other questions? ## I started this medication less than a month ago and since then I noticed the fatigue and a pressure around the back of my head at about ear level. I went to my doctor because i thought my blood pressure was too low one day (109/63). They said It... ...

I have lost 50 lbs and now have low BP 90-60 can I just stop taking the Lisinopril-HCTZ ## Hello, Jerry! How are you? I'm glad you're doing so well! No, please don't just stop it, without your doctor's approval. Doing so creates the risk of rebound high blood pressure and elevated heart rate. You should only stop such a medication, if your doctor approves and in many cases, with a slow taper. The FDA lists the typical side effects for this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, hypotension and dehydration. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I've been taking Watson 860, pink-round, lisinopril hctz 10/12.5 for the past 10 years. Is there a lesser dosage of this same pill? ## Hi CC - I checked the drug page on this sit... ...
