Light Blue Oval With Four Ridges

I found a thick,oval, light blue pill, with no markings except four raised ridges on one side, these ridges are almost diamond shape.it is a medium size pill. If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, since all manufactured tablets are required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, the leaves it open to a lo of over the counter possibilities. I'm not familiar with any that look like this, but I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
