Light Blue And White Capsule With No Writing On It

What are these blue and white pills?

I found these pills with what appear to be Mandarin Chinese characters on the foil packaging. The pills themselves are light blue on the left side, white on the right side. The blue side says "SCP" while the white side is labeled "OM." It looks like they are capsules, most likely with the powdered drug on the inside. I have no idea what sort of medicine these might be. ## Also, the pills are oblong and medium sized. They are sort of flat, but may have started life in a more cylindrical fashion, since I found them in the street. ## UPDATE the pills have Korean writing, not chinese, on the foil packaging. Trying to find out if this is ompralazole/prilosec. Writing on capsule is ku 118. Color is light gold/off white. ## bright (hot) pink and blue capsule with no other markings. Probably a type of pain pill ...
