l484 on a white pill how many can i take at one time ## Hello, Edie! How are you? This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's an over the counter generic for Extra Strength Tylenol, so the dosing is a maximum of 2 every 8 hours, no more than 6 tablets per day. Exceeding this amount risks overdosing and suffering possibly fatal toxicity. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?

This one I couldn't find the name so I searched it up and found it. Now I can go back 2 color coding this paper with the list of names pills I have. ## This tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 30142-0484). Inactive Ingredients: - Carnauba Wax - Starch, Corn - Hypromelloses - Polyethylene Glycols - Povidones - Stearic Acid Ref: DailyMed

How many should I take at a time? I have a script for my head aches. I used to be addicted to muscle relaxers ( I don't any more and as an out come I'm now on Methadone) so I think I may have a higher tolerance and I used to take four - five T3's at a time. So if they're only 1's I'd be not thinking right just guessing but i don't want to assume and take to many... does this make sense?.. ## This tablet is listed as only containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is not going to compare to any opiate for pain relief and you can't take more than 1,000mgs at any given dosing and no more than 3,000mgs in 24 hours. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have long oval shaped white tablet with L484 on one side. Can anyone identify this for me? ## L 484 is 500 mg Acetaminophen a generic extra strength Tylenol. ## This identification is correct, however, I'd like to add some updated information, since it did not apply at the time these posts were made. As of January 2011, a Black Box warning has been added to over the counter products containing Acetaminophen. It was revealed that it has been responsible for almost half of the Acetaminophen related liver failure instances in the U.S. They have concluded that its relationship to it is mainly due to overdose. Being that it is an over the counter product, many people just assume that it's safe to use as they please. So, this was done in an effort to try to help make it more obvious...

I have a renewed prescription of Propox -N - Apap 100 - 650 mg tablets. The renewed tablet is White in color which have 93-490 markings. My old tablet is pink in color and has 5114 marking. Did I receive the wrong pill on me renewed prescription? The labels on both bottles are the same, but the pills are different. ## white pill with marking L484, is this a darvacet? ## To the original poster, no, you did not receive the wrong medication. That is the same thing as what you were already taking, just manufactured by a different company. Once a drug is available for generic production, it can be made by many, many companies and each company will have to use a different marking on their tablets so they can be appropriately identified. ## Brenda: NO! That is most definitely NOT Darvocet. Tha...
